We've now been working together with Suzuki for a decade and a half. For a number of years, we have been providing them with a dedicated team of assistants for the International Motor Show in Frankfurt and the AMI in Leipzig. Made up of some 25 assistants, the topteam is very familiar with the customer's needs and preferences, making it easy for visitors to the Suzuki stand to feel welcome. The customer's loyalty over many years demonstrates their satisfaction with topteam's performance.
Our topteam assistants are highly trained and happy to be helping Suzuki reach its target group.
Two weeks before each fair, the Suzuki vehicles are made available to topteam staff so they can become familiar with them and to promote brand identification. The topteam assistants then share their experiences and their knowledge with their teammates during "sales calls" held during training courses prior to the fair.
