Our Sunshine Special in Milan and Rome has been taking place for six years, with the contract having recently been extended for another year. Currently nine Sunshine hostesses work in five Mercedes-Benz dealerships, with our innovative approach having been integrated into the Italian sites' long-term operations. Having proven its effectiveness at trade fairs and special events and during promotional campaigns, the concept has thus been successfully deployed for in-house activities.

The Sunshine hostesses are the first point of contact for customers arriving at the car dealerships. Reflecting Italian tastes, they wear dark blue business attire, creating a bridge between the customer and sales agent. Through their presence, they increase satisfaction and customer loyalty.

The Sunshine Special has also been very successful in German dealerships, where the hostesses carry out their duties clad in elegant, sunshine-yellow outfits.
