Responsibilities of topteam GmbH: 227 topteamer, 3 Team leader, 3 Personal-Concierge Hostessen, 1 Runner, 1 Logistician Operative in the international guest hosting, agency- castings, live-castings in the area of Stuttgart, support of the product- and behavior-training, flexible personnel planning on a daily basis over a period of five month

The Mercedes-Benz driving event 2011 in celebration of the new Actros imposes new standards in the category of driving events. Just in time for the 125th anniversary of the Daimler AG and the invention of the automobile topteam GmbH, in cooperation with our long-standing partner George P. Johnson, organized an unique driving event in Germany. Over a period of 5 month more than 10.000 guests from more than 20 different nations had the chance to experience and test the new Actros.
All of this took place in a two-day event series. For instance the truck was presented to the guests via multimedia presentation at an evening event. During a fulminant performance a curtain opened in front the guests and several trucks entered.
It was an emotional feeling for all involved parties and everyone had the chance to experience the Actros very close. The assignments of our topteamer were to guide the guests from the airport to the hotel and from there to the event location. In addition they handled the registration of the participants, the transfer guidance, the guidance at the event location, as well as the coat check and the information counter.
After an overnight stay the event moved along to Münsingen at the Swabian Alb, where they could actively participate at a driving training with the new Actros. The participants were grouped together and our specially and multilingual trained Personal-Concierges guided them through the day. It was an outstanding experience to drive over the Swabian Alb in a convoy of 60 trucks.
The Mercedes-Benz driving event in Stuttgart, Germany, set standards which can not be outdone easily.
