BMW's international dealer event for its 7 Series was a multifaceted, high-profile challenge, one that we met so successfully the customer selected topteam as it's partner of choice for the 2009 International Motor Show in Frankfurt.
Our 110 young men and women were spread out over ten different locations, from BMW's Munich headquarters and a number of five-star hotels to two airports and two castles. They were responsible for carrying out a number of tasks, in English and other languages, such as greeting guests, presenting vehicles, leading workshops, guiding visitors through the castles and assisting at evening receptions. The topteam helpers grew into top-flight teams in the best sense, working together seamlessly over the entire seven weeks and motivating each other to remain in top form. To make sure spirits did not flag, we kept the surprises coming for our topteam assistants up until the very last day. While our helpers were hard at work, moreover, our five-person organizational team was busy in the background, ensuring on site that everything went off without a hitch, all based on each day's requirements.
